		<description><![CDATA[1.75 liters of water doesn&#039;t sound like enough -- are you sure that&#039;s enough in Hawaii heat and humidity?  I&#039;m drinking almost 3 every day, and on days I CrossFit, I drink almost four.  Maybe I&#039;m just thirsty.

Goals for the month --- I&#039;m traveling the first part of the month, which means temptations EVERYWHERE.  My goal is to not eat ice cream every single day and to never eat the bread in restaurants.  Once I get home later this month, I&#039;m going to get back into some seriously clean eating with no grains and no sugar.  Also, continue CrossFit three times per week.]]></description>
